We currently have the following vacancies available.

ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Albar Landscapes are a leading landscape contractor based in Barrhead, Glasgow working mainly in the private Housebuilding sector providing landscaping services on a wide range of develpments for a wide variety of clients.

We are looking to recruit an assistant Quantity surveyor to assist our commercial team with all aspects of surveying duties, these duties will in the main be as follows:-

Sourcing prices from suppliers
Pricing tenders and variations of contract
Preparing Bills of quantities
Submission of monthly valuations
Managing Valuations and cost control

This position would ideally be suited to a candidate with the following :-

Construction Industry experience
Bsc in Quantity Surveying or equivilant
Driving licence
